Weekend Pictures ☼

I went to the beach again, well I have to enjoy the last few months of summer and appreciate that tests at school are not going to start at least untill next week. It was a short weekend, but was a lot fun and relaxing. We did kind of a lunch date with all our neighbors to know each other better and just talk about life in general. I am so lucky that one of my best friends is my neighbor at the beach, we hanged out and talked all day. 

I found some sea shells at the beach this morning and I put them in this glass container, I thought it looked very cute and vintage inspired.

My outfit this weekend was pretty casual and comfy for just staying inside. I wore this diy GAP vintage shorts with a basic pink and white striped blouse that had the word "california" written on it.

▲ A Summer Weekend ▲

 This past weekend I went to my family's beach house and it was great. Although it rained a lot at night, the day was hot and vey sunny. I didn't do a lot this weekend, because I just wanted to relax at home and at the beach, but I did walk along the beach shore and went out grocery shopping.
 If you had asked me a few years ago if I liked the summer time, I would probably say "God no! I want school again". But well, that was 4 years ago, in middle school, when I didn't need to have that much of responsibility. Now that I am a senior in high school and I'm having more and more responsibilities and always having to think about the future, I am starting to appreciate the summer and having no school, and doing leisure activities.
